Hello z8games support team ,
my ingame name is aggrokillaz.
Today there was a message " hak tool detected " , when I joined the uk server . But I have never use any kind of hak . So please dont ban me from the game .

its just one of the last patch's bugs try removing all crossfire files and reinstalling agen worked for me or you may have programs running that the game dont like

Its a bug.
They wont ban you at all unless you really do hack and somebody reported you O_o
