Zp survey trouble

Note: I did not were to post this so I put it here

Ive been having trouble with zp surveys, they used to work but not after I sent the proof into the customer service the offer just says:viewed missing theses zp?
And I don't know if I didn't wait long enough or what.

So here is what the problem looks like even though most of you prob do

Usually, you can send in "Please look at this" or resend the info. But for me, I just wait another 12 hours and then they will reward me without any hassle.

freaking super surveys isnt even working for me anymore.. the page wont load...

and what you do is you have to send them proof of a screenshot, but THAT doesnt even work all the time...

i remember i finished like 8 surveys, none worked, so i sent screenshots of all of them, all they give me is bullshiit about a confirmation email and watnot.....
one of them i had a confirmation email and a sent it to them, still no zp
