restrict kick voting to people who fall under the license agreement. UK and NA. All other people (Brazil) should not be aloud to initiate kick voting. Also, there should be a new kick vote reason, Ping. If your Ping is over 150 and someone initiates kick vote your auto kicked. noone gets to vote about it your just done. That will teach this kids to start showing respect.

Here is the solution: Remove kick-voting from the game, since xtrap it's doing a very good job (not so good at MM but...yea...) there shold not be a kick system, also there shold be a new option: /blockallchat, so there won't be insulting, or any drama, if you don't like my ideea then go shoot yourself, thanks
