Disconnected due to incorrect map info!

Well, I tried with support, and they were no help at all. This is what happens, I can play for about 3-5 minutes, and I keep getting disconnected due to incorrect map info. Then I try again and before I can even get into a game I get disconnected stating hack tool detected. I do not hack, nor do I have any hacked software on my computer. I tried uninstalling crossfire, deleting folder and then reinstalling crossfire twice, I've ran it without anti virus software running, tried without ventrilo running, cleared prefetch folder, tried with no programs running, and even went so far to do a complete system recovery. To no avail. I have spent at least $500 on this game and I think this could have been avoided if beta testing the patches would have been provided before releasing the patch. I understand this is a free online game, and support is limited at best, but for those of us who do actually support z8 games by buying the zp, I think this is ridiculous. It's been 6 days since the new patch has come out, and I haven't been able to play without issues since the new patch. I am a leader of a clan with 100 members, lots of which have spent a lot of money on the game. I know we as individuals do not matter to you guys but I would think that your profit margin will be greatly affected due to people refusing to spend money on a game they can't play. Please consider releasing a patch to patch the recent patch so that those of us who are having issues can actually play the game we have spent so much money on. I understand that some things take time to resolve, but I am not the only person having this issue. I am working class and only have a limited amount of time to play the game, and I lost approximately 20 hours of game play this past weekend due to the issues I've described. That is a considerable amount of clan points as well as the enjoyment of the game I've spent so much money on. Please provide a fix for this issue as soon as possible.
