Being able to use XPadder in crossfire
I think it would be a great idea to make XPadder able to work in crossfire.
Using a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse would be sick.
I have tried but once I click back into crossfire... it doesnt work
But that would be great if some1 knew how to make it work, or if the GM's would figure out a way to make it work and incorporate it into the game.....
And since the game is free you GM's can like advertise controllers and stuff.... (so you can get money
) lol
and for the people that dont know what XPadder is, and what it does check it out...and im not advertising
.. just so people know what im talking about =D

Some people think so, some people would like to use a controller. It's all about preference, but I know what you mean. But I'm just saying if someone want to use a controller.... let them lol. -

umm how do it work....
since crossfire use so many keys on ur keyboard..and a controller only have like idk 10 button?
i think they should add a talk key thing..like combat arm.. by talk thing i mean like u can talk in game instead of typing... cause most of the time u die by typing and some dude just come up to u and kill u... -

thats not true, once you switch over to cf, my xbox360 controlller doesnt work in cf -
Well if you have a wired controller or a wireless one with adapter for pc and you can not get it to recognize, try installing the driver from http://download.cnet.com/XBOX-360-Controller-For-Windows/3000-18490_4-83516.html?tag=mncol;pop
I do not know if crossfire has a built-in button mapping feature but if it doesn't support joysticks, you can use button mappers like
www.pinnaclegameprofiler.com/
Pinnacle also searches your computer for games and downloads some configurations that will work with your game. if there isnt one for your game, you can just adjust the default profile yourself to map xbox buttons to whatever you want it to be.
