Help with photoshop

Ok, so i made this because I was planning on making a banner for CF.

What I need help is that the strokes are too fat. I make my brush around 5 but its still too fat. It was working yesterday but not anymore. Any solutions?

Yea i know, that's because the strokes are too fat. The brush is 5 but it looks like 100.

Meh no idea what your talking about +wrong section

just press ctrl + T then hold shift and resize?

I assume you're using a custom brush not a default one?

I think that he wants to make the brushes smaller in width, but not length.

Choose a small brush if the wall is small 2,3 and put the hardness at 100%, if your using the
stroke path option, it works.

Use the pen tool and make several curved lines or whatever shape you want.

Go to your brush and use any brush but make the size 5.

After you're done click the pen tool again right click the shape you made with the pen tool and hit stroke path. [Make sure stimulate pressure is on].

Then right click the layer in the layer palette and hit blending options. Go to outer glow and mess with the settings there to make your glow.
