Ghost Mode Handicap and AFK autokick
2 Ideas in 1 so I dont make two theads and chance 1 not being seen among all the kick vote removal whining.
First idea:
Handicap for ghosts.
As it stands right now, it is MUCH harder for a ghost to get kills AND avoid death then it is for GR (Unless you have a shovel and/or sound down (Sound down being a bit too powerful when mixed with bunnyhops, but, that's another story))
I suggest, not adding a ghost's deaths to their total KDR, and instead only counting them in a separate listing (IE GM GR (54/12) GM BL (58/49)) that way it doesnt harm your score being forced to sacrafice yourself to save the bomb carrier, or sacraficing yourself to kill the defuser. I mean, it is only fair the harder side gets a slight handicap, or a different KDR calculation to where ghost players dont have to suffer horrible KDR totals.
This idea is not extremely important, but I feel could be welcomed.
Second Idea
30 seconds until you die.
I am SICK and TIRED of being forced to have an afker on our team the entire game because BL hits F12 for an easy kill. I think if a player is afk when they start for 15, or maybe 30 seconds (IE not even moving the mouse) they automatically die (No kill counted against them) if this happens twice, they get a NON-vote kick from the match. They CAN still rejoin since it wont be an official kick as much as a boot out, and it would help stop the annoying "F12! I HAVE NO SKILL AND NEED FREE KILLS!" BS that plagues many modes.

Idea 2: Already exists, about 1 minute afk and you're kicked.
#2 Not that I have seen. I have been to a TDM where a player was death still for the entire 5 minutes and BL kept F12ing him, same thing happened in GM but in that he was afk morel ike half an hour since he was afk for all 17 rounds total.
