My ping is 90 in UK servers in the morning.. (06:00-12:00)
But afternoon my ping is 180-200.. (12:00-19:00)
And evening my ping is rise to 400-500..! :S (19:00-24:00)

What can I do ?

sux ? My internet is too nice.. I connect facebook or other sites without problems.
But at online games connect with problems

Right.

You are using a low-grade ISP, which means you're practically on very limited bandwidth.
In the morning, people aren't on. They get on more as the day progresses.
The fact that Facebook loads fast doesn't really matter, since the bandwidth usage is practically none (and you wouldn't notice if it wasn't).

Get a better ISP.

Hey DARK My network using is %0 in task manager before join game.. I measure my ping with ping tester ( cmd ping test ) before join game.. That is in 190-210 now. But morning, it was 90

And MOD my Internet speed is 2048/512.. Is it too bad for crossfire ?

It also depends on your RAM.. Check your Nvidad, ADM, Etc.. and look up online how to change the settings for gaming. Another thing.. Delete files/Unstall things you don't use.
