Can I not get Banned?

When I go into prison (sniper match), I start playing and at one point my fps drops down and sometimes I get stuck in air. I can't move forward, backwards or anything. My character keeps rising up and in a couple of seconds, im in the air able to kill people from. One lt told me he is going to report me but how can I prevent this since I am not forcing to do this for a advantage.
