have not recieve my 10,000 zp!

z8 is not responding to my post about this not even contacting with support,i have currently bought 10,000 zp on this friday at mid night and yet to not recieve this threw click and buy but thats not the point the point is that it took 9$ outa my bank account and i got nothing from this i have been waiting and nothing has currently happened please research this
