What gun from the item shop do you recommend for use in mutation mode.

M60 or the RPK.

I do not know which one is better as i have only used M60 in Elimination.

for me, m60 has a spray pattern harder to be controlled, and the sight takes longger to be back to normal after you stopped sparying but it has more bullets, rpk is pretty good if you know how to use ak-74 or 47 but less bullets.

your m60 kills you in S&D mode, but your rpk will make you to be the ACE.
