my idiot brother was on my account and brought 40RPK camo crates with my zp
i stopped him from opening at 32
im wondering if i can get a refund for the rest

yeh i know, and my bro didnt use most of the crates, my bro only used 8..
so if the GMs are generous they would take back the 30 crates and give me the zp for it

Not sure if it applies to crates specifically, but ZP purchases are usually refundable if requested within 48 hours.

Mind you its after hours so it won't happen until Monday.

well i sent a ticket like 20mins ago but it will be probably tuesday before they see it, so its 48hrs from the time i sent the ticket or when they see the ticket?

From the time you sent the ticket.

Note that I'm not sure it applies to crates.

You messed that up.

It's 48 hours after the purchase of the something using ZP. Not from the time the ticket is sent in. Otherwise "48 hours" wouldn't ever be a necessary stat.

i do think there should be a way to sell back crates, i mean, say you would have gotten rpk camo on your 8th crate, 32 crates of what? possibly a2nd rpk? who needs that
