how do i get my replay i forgot to save it i seen ppl do it pls help

Don't close the game, you'll see a "Replaytemp.cfr(or whatever)" rename it to (anything).cfr and there you go!

where your replays normally are.... DOCUMENTS>CROSSFIRE>REPLAYS

how can you go out of the game screen to windows explore for finding it?

Alt+Tab or Ctrl+Alt+Delete are some options.

not if you don't have anything else open. It just won't open up. You can press ctrl+alt+del and get the task manager up.
