Gifting guns.
Gifting guns would be a nice idea. I know that a GM will come and say, "It makes ranking up for weapons useless. But what about people that already have high ranks. Example, I have alot of guns that I dont use, and lots of guns I have won twice. My friend has got no zp weaps and his Lieutenant 2nd Class, he can buy all guns with his rank.
