send in a support ticket with the IN GAME NAME NOT YOUR ACCOUNT NAME i think saidin said you can use your recovery answer to get it back as well in a support ticket he'll probebly read this and say if you should use your recovery answer ALSO if you have purchased ZP and have received an email with the purchase of zp send in the Transaction ID this will help alot

Dude.. that make no sense that you loose your z8games account AND msn account at the same time.
