If you have noticed anyone lighting up the screen with kills with Tar-21,they will be all headshots. I havent bought it/used it much but the accuracy is amazing.
About showing you're a 100% headshotter,grab any gun and headshot them -.- And if you have armour/spop/tanking ping and knife someone in a TDM it definetely doesnt mean your pro. Malte is the best player in game,and can't knife for sh1t.

no it shoots and reloads fast enough to appeal to some rushers and its a hs machine, like a aug camo with recoil

wow ur terribly wrong... recoil is way less than ak, almost similar to scarl

and dmg is much less than scarlight, its about the same as m4
