Can't log in

Today, after the patch come I couldn't log in!!!But i didn't change the password or mail but is say Incorrect Id or password and This email is not registred!!
I didn't tell pw or mail to anyone and my weapons are in place.I hope it wasn't banned....I worked almost 1 year to get where I am and i bought zp too...:(((
And i don't use hacks.

i was plaainy around 12:00 and suddlny it said another player is using the same id u will be
d/c i was like wdf?????? i try login with my password it says wrong i go to lostid/password and it says not registered

i send in my last purchase for 42$ right after the patch man was that m4a1 silver sweet now i may never use it again T_T how long does it take to respond?
