Well, not to sound mean, but did you even read what it said?
Service is temperarily unavailable. I have the same problem.
Its means the servers are probly being updated or serviced.
It should be back within the next couple days or so.

try loading there web messenger then try logging back in? worked for me.

Omg windows live wont sign in!

I've tried restarting about 5 times. I tried to uninstall it but I couldn't find the uninstall thing so I just deleted the files of the folders and ect. redownload but change the file name

so instead of windows live messenger make it msn or something

msn + is for cool people and the thing i said should work
