I know that we can take a free Ventrilo with 8 slot, but i dont know where i must go for get this. Someone can help me pls ?

  you have to host it yourself...... just download the ventrilo server from the site.
  
  or stop being 13 or poor and rent a 25 slot of 9 bucks a month.
