Whats the best game recorder to use that will give the best FPS on a crappy computer. It might not even be possible for mine to get 30+ FPS but i just want to see if there is anyway i can record CF replays smoothly. I also want to know the best settings on the recorder that will give me the best FPS.

just record the replay cuz u will lag to much ingame

Try the Xfire Recorder. Maybe it will work on your computer.

thats what i use.. 20 bucks gets u the full version with a built in editor...

even recording at 60 fps at 800-600 i get no noticable fps lag.. how ever with both fraps and xfire i lag at just 30 fps.

You would be better off spending 40$ and getting a decent video card that will run this game at 100 fps. Then you can put your pirate hat on if you know what I mean and get fraps :P

you have a good CPU but that won't make up for your graphics card or ram. I looked up your graphics. Said 96mb if that is possible...

Never seen such a thing... You need AT LEAST 512mb GPU. And probably 2g ram ddr2. The only reason you might have good fps is your 4cpu 2.8ghz...

Hes running a P4 2.8, it's not the worst but it certainly isn't good by today's standards.

You Can Use:
FRAPS
Hyper Cam
xFire

When Using Fraps, You Must Put The FPS Higher So You Wont Lag.
Fraps Can Only Takes Videos For 1 Minutes And You Can Take Move Clips
As Much as You Can.

Ones Done Using Fraps, When Watching The Video, It Kinda Lags A Little.

Well, If you're gonna view a reply, don't worry about FPS because you're not playing.. just watching..
Anyways, i'd use Growler Cam, it's pretty good. To me, it's better than Fraps or anything.
