that is because there's too much recoil on a pistol to fire at rapid speeds, its just that in the game u can spam deagle bullets.... you'd break ur wrists if u tried to fire a real one that fast.... -

To the person who asked, fast like PSG-1 or pistol. I see where you get pistol from, PSG-RD fires at a pistol rate, anaconda. De can spray. But from what I've heard of this gun, It should be like M700 with AWM power. With the weight of a PSG-1. 10/30 Ammo (only reason I say that, It is a MM gun [All the new guns are made for it but used in all modes] and as a MM gun you need more ammo, and a faster rate of fire.)
