Its honestly hard to say whats fact and whats prediction.
Just due to the fact that we weren't around when they were.
And stories that were told to us from generation to generation get altered over time.
For instance, anyone heard the original Red riding hood? Or even know where it originated?
Believe it or not its actually a brutal story. -

Yeah, i know, i have a friend who tries to locate its origin
Right now hes in medieval france but he says he just scratched a surface

they are wrong why do you think 2012 is gonna happen its a myth and they dont say when the world end who does God if it did happen why is ppl going to work why is Obama working hard to help stop obesity and health care bills cause it wont happen nuff said

Mayans were saying calendar restarts.
So yeah, I'm a little bit skeptical.
But still, with all these natural disasters happening and sh1t, you never know.
Personally, I think there's gonna be a shift in poles. Maybe Mars will collide with the Earth.

i am not really sure what exactly will happen in 2012, but no one can t deny that there is something going on at the moment on our planet.
i think the tsunami back in 06 started it all. then heavy earthquakes in several parts of the world. the last few in haiti, chile and china. the quake in chile caused the city Concepción to move almost 11 feet to western direction. i heard that geologist believe that the 24-hour day has been shortened by 1.26 microseconds. sounds not much but could change alot on our planet.
most likely nothing is going to happen in 2012, BUT increasing numbers of quakes for example make you think. maybe our planet ist finally getting rid of us. was about time. -

a shift of the poles would be interesting to watch. highly lethal but i ll give that tidal waves a warm welcome.
