Antonym of "get nerfed"

nerfed means got degraded =o

The opposite of getting Nerfed is getting Real. The Phrase "Nerfed" is because in some game somewhere someone made the comment that they may as well be using a Nerf Gun instead of whatever they were using at that point.

MORE specifically devs and game moders started using the term cause that was pretty much what you do when u weaken a gun, you lower its effectiveness... As in, "bobby was able to thro 90 fast balls with a baseball, but when using a nerf baseball he could only thro 50mph."

im pretty sure it did not so much start from one guy saying "i might as well be using a nerf gun" but more that it developed from the modding and dev communitys....

it should be noted that my online gaming exp. predates this term being used in said games.
as in, this term has come into common use during my gaming life...
