My mouse hates me
Please forgive my ignorance on the subject at hand.
This has been going on for a while now. Every time I whip my mouse across the screen, the cursor freezes in place and then starts jumping around until I slow down.
Any ideas why? Google isn't my friend atm.

Bad connection from the mouse to the computer? Check your wire to see if it's firmly in. Maybe when you whip it across, you're pulling what is left of the jack inside the slot out, causing the freezing.

No. Its connected fine, and has lots of cord. -

Is this only in game, or on your desktop too? maybe only in CrossFire?
Is it reproducible by using another mouse on the same system?

Generic Computer Mouse. (Driver says HID-compliant mouse)
In-game and on desktop.
I can use another mouse on another system and produce the same results, and I can use another mouse on this system and produce the same results. -

It's better on the control side of the rocketfish, rather than the speed, which suggests that it has soemthing to do with the mouses censors. -

Low quality sensors plus a poor mousing surface could easily produce this problem. Do you have access to any kind of higher quality mouse? -
I have the same problem with my current mouse where it points me to the sky and starts spinning in circles, really annoying in the middle of a fire fight. Usually surprises noobs enough that they just sorta stair at me till i gain controll and frag'em. I think its just cause of the cheap generic mouse- gonna get a new on this weekend...any recomendations?
