AWM shots regoster 84 percent?

Sometimes you come across shots that reg only 84 or so when you shoot chest level to enemy with AWM.

Are there any scenarios where AWM can register 84 HP?

Isnt AWM still one shot thru armour?

85 and under damage from AWM could be a leg shot.

But yes AWM is 1shot kill even if you have armour.

I sometimes get 60 damage if it's a wall shot.

It could be no damage at all if the person is moving , depending on your ping if it`s higher than the one you shot.

if you hit the leg it doesnt do 100, if you hit the head it does 500.

i only get 31 dmg :P
