when you see the screen with the original 'JOIN', to the left of it, there is a 'SPECTATOR' button, press it then you'll observe the whole show

Now when the patch came out earlier and i saw in the patch notes there was an observe option i looked for this button but i saw nothing, Hmmm i will look again.
