the game running is not smooth anymore after patch, or just me? ping/FPS OK though

my ping is <20, and FPS >100 but the game running is not smooth anymore, like little pauses/setbacks all the time, acting like FPS is low but actual FPS is OK

solved

have to download the newest nvidia driver, dated 04-03-2010 and download the new version on this website instead of upgrading the game online
