How good is Thompson?

I just won my Thompson today, and I was wondering...is there any tips for it? Like I can spray pretty far and mid range is just evil! I think...but thanks if you reply!

Tommy gun you need upclose to your enemies, not one enemy, they'd better clustered together for you to spray on. like I've never seen anyone use it in map fortress , but tons of on ship and egypt

by the way, how many crates did you spend to get it? I rolled the dice for 50 crates but no luck.

I use it in fortress all the time. In fact I can usually pick off the snipers that hang out on the roof from just outside my spawn. The trick with the thompson is to not spray. If you keep it to 3-5 shot bursts you'll do fine.

The Thompson feels a lot like the Kriss in my opinion. The damage and accuracy are similar. The recoil on the Thompson is a bit higher, however. It also lacks a spray pattern, so bullets go all over the place during extended bursts. However, the 60 round magazine more than makes up for the spraying you'll probably do.

If you want to learn about the thompson, play w/ Greycloak and he'll show you how good it is. (Its really h0m0 imo cuz its essentially a kriss)

60 rounds of lead-tipped death in a single magazine. its the ultimate spray gun. and it is the most accurate gun in my opinion when shooting full auto.

dont expect it to stand on its own in long-range though.

Ive spent at least 500 + crates on the thompson and nothing! i have 2 fail winchesters though pff lol

i got my 1st tommy in 7th crate. now i have 2 thompsons but i want a winchester!!!

Winchester is a fail gun, it has 12 per clip but they shoot very very slowly and only do like 35 dmg per hit. For me anyways, i might be using it wrong lol

yes you are. i can constantly hit with it for 80-100 damage per shot

Winchester is 1 shoot kill in chest..
