Serious Question

Ok, this question is important because I just formatted my computer and I plan to keep it uninfected.

When you do surveys, the pages it takes you to look like web pages full of virus's. Can these web pages get crap on my computer? because they don't look really safe. Ty for your replies. :P

i dont think CF would let any viruses get into an advertisment but i guess it could happen. cuz when you do the surveys you keep going into new websites. so i guess you have a chance of getting a virus.

Well, first of all, are you so impatient as to try to bump your thread FIVE minutes after you post it.

Second of all, if you see any "suspicious" buttons, if you have google chrome, you can highlight the button and in the bottom left corner you can see where it leads.

Just rolling through web pages won't give you viruses.

Whn you open pages,with IE,in your temp folder inside C(for XP: C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5)it saves a file from that website with soem informations,if the website is infected,so that file will be

Im using Opera,so i dont have a file in that folder
