idk my friend just took my screenshots and sent them in, it worked for awhile then he got that blank screen.

See if you can clear your cache CTRL + F5 or the clean private data > Check all > clean now.

If that doesn't work. try to proxy and see if you can view the page, if that doesn't work either.

You can try to see if Super Rewards works on another account.

If all of these don't work. Your most likely banned.

You can also try to going to http://www.srpoints.com/help

posting that there is a white screen. They will either take care of that or tell you you're banned. be polite in the inquiry message.
