It MIGHT be default with spop.
In the Chinese version some girls who have the other female characters [the slooty one] turn into those sometimes too.
They run hella fast too o__o
But I think they purchased it..so i'm not sure.

To answer everyones' questions about the SPOP and Nurse, you have to purchase the nurse. Since it has more advantages then the Dread or Slug. Especially jump height, speed, and the ability to become almost completely invisible (Halo 2 invisible not Halo CE invisible).

In lamens terms, SPOP and the Nano Nurse (or whatever Z8 decides to call it) will not be related.

yes when i saw the thread i wanted to post this pic too. i think these 3 different chars may are like dread, u can choose them when u became a mutant (hope so)^^
