I know the website has a lot of issues with it that I have ran into on many occasions myself. The forums as well when you log in on the website the forums you have to log off and back on to be actually logged in it is a bit annoying at the least. I have brung up many issues about the website and the forums to gm's but nothing has been done after many months but the gm's dont seem to listen much to players or mods

use the search bar, or look in the Technical Support section... there are so many threads like this one...
they hope to have it fixed by tuesday (in the next patch)
