Stupid hacks report method

You think that CF isn't trying to work on getting the hackers out? Well they are! And there really isn't much any hackers that I've noticed tbh with you. And crossfire do listen to there players if the idea is good enough. If it is just a little lousy thread like this crying about hackers. They are just going to close it or it will die off.

Z8 can do so much but not everything.
I could imagine the amount of videos they get sent everyday.
I dought all those hacker video were all hack maybe a good player?

did you read what i said? I suggested a new method long time ago, with detailed information and ideas. Did they even read my post? No, the dont listen to the players.

tomtom, either you hack , either you don't play very often but saying that around 1% of accused players hack is totally RIDICUL; I know when players hack and in each game I plmayed there is at least 1 hacker;When a player kill you with one shot evry time you discover your noise, it is called HACKER ; For me Xtrap is a ridiculous antihacker as around 90% of players are hackers now and it is BORING;They think they are skill ??

Hackers interfer with game files to cheat, glitches don't do this, they exploit flaws in maps.

Because they want to win, that's why noobs don't vote hackers off. Then on the other hand you have dumb noobs that vote skilled players off for ace or because they are dumb and think everyone is hacking.

Yea, they should implement an in game hack report and ban hackers/glitchers and dumb noobs that abuse it by sending in false hack reports. (see a copy and paste of my post made some time ago)

Well, you don't "kill players by using F10", and anyway it's F11 to vote someone off, I do like your phasing "to kill a player press F10" it proves how noobs think; ie "he kills me with a gun, I kill him with kik vote".

I got shot, I'm invincible - "Hacker"

I want him gone, so I don't get pwned and can win or have a chance - "kik thingy hacker", "aimbot" (and other constant crying).

Honestly your problem is: Your noob.

There's not 90% of the CF community hacking, there's not at least 1 hacker in every game your in.

Why the kik vote system simply doesn't work:

1) Hackers generally don't even get voted off, skilled players do for the 'Ace' or because the nooby team mates know nothing and think everyone is hacking.

2) Kicking 'hackers' from games does not work anyway - How many people kik 'hackers' and then follow up with a hack report? That's how hackers need to be dealt with, kicking them and 'leaving it at that' means the hacker gets away without penalty and just hacks in other games.

The kik vote system simply moves the hacker from room to room (if the system worked correctly), and at present it's actually used by witless noobs and those that rage and scream 'hacker' because they never thought, that maybe, just maybe everyone is not "hacking" and that their just noob.

What Crossfire really needs to sort hackers out and noobs that cry "hack" is:

1) There should just be an automated system (exactly like the kik vote system) but instead of being kiked or voting to kik a player, you select a players name (like now), the reason (like now) and the replay is sent to z8games as a hack report, glitch report, bug report etc. If a person is actually hacking, glitching or using a bug then a ban will follow (should be permanent and zero tolerance policy in all cases), if they are not hacking, glitching or using a bug and their are many false reports from a certain player (maybe in set timescales) then they should be temporarily banned for abusing the hack report system and sending false reports, with constant false hack reports after a temp ban then a permanent ban should follow.

2) The problem with the above is that you still have the hacker in game hacking right? and you get a penalty if you leave, well remove the penalty for leaving the game, so if there is a hacker in game file the report (like kik vote) and then leave.

This means the hacker is reported properly, and he can't get free kills because you can leave and without penalty, also if the hacker joins other games those people can leave too (hence nobody plays with the hacker).

Also this idea would weed out alot of these noobs that knowingly falsly accuse people to get the kiked or knowingly falsely kik them themselves from their team.

The above is a "fair and just" all round solution to clean up this game of hackers and cry babies that harass other gamers for no reason, yes there would be even more reports that there are now if this system came into effect, but after the noobs are banned this will reduce and noobs will be more careful with this system in place.

I agree in a loose sense that glitching/hacking are the same thing in the sense that it's cheating, and I would like then to be viewed as such. However hacking is not the same as glitching in the true sense and are totally different things.

You don't called a glitcher an hacker = simple.

ANYWAY....

If off to go and play CF and ofc hack, because Xtrap hasn't found an update to block my brain!
