record to make a clan

guys i noticed a thread about that there are to many abondend clans in cf

and guys who likes to make a clan and only think about the glory and at a certain moment there are abondend those clans and maybe a month later they starting a new clan!

well my sugestion is we should make a record wich will see how many times you made a clan and if you leave ur own clan in for exampel 3 weeks you won't be able to make or to enter a clan for a specific period...

also if you left eg. ur own clan 10 times you won't be able to make a clan this will make the databases of the servers of cf alot easier and will make the smoother!
