when i press start game notthing happens.

the game worked for like 3 times,
i have no anti virus\fire wall on..
and when i press the "start game" buttun or
sometime even the first page(the you press there "start game")
nothing happening..


and when i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete i can see that the game running...
but i cant even see the game..

i re installed the game and still the same..

please help me
