Program to create killsounds?

I have the sounds I want but I need a program to get them in the form I need. Any suggestions?

Right click the .mp3 file -> rename -> .[whatever the file extension is]

i dont think that would work.....
but u can try a adobe audition 3 thats the one i use most of the time

Get Audacity...it's free. You can also export to .mp3 so it will cut the work down by 1 second...

Find a Audio Convertor. There might be a few free ones on Download.com
