Looking for a good scrim clan.

I'm getting tired of being kicked from pubs, so I'm now looking for a good scrim clan... although I can't play on some maps due to my fps right now, since its like 15 - 25 for downtown...

Looking for a mature clan, that has a rule against QQing -.-
