Anti-Viruses

So what anti-virus do you use? because atm im using AVG 9.0 and I can't play crossfire because xtrap and all that other crap. So what AV do you guys use or what one would you recommend me to download.

Also don't say this is in the wrong section because barracks is crossfire related things and I'm asking this question because of crossfire.

Eh , thats whatever cuz the best what u can do vs ping lags is turning it off (or just turn off the auto-freshing),

I use Panda Cloud, because my computer is lacking RAM and that's exactly what Panda Cloud isn't using too much.

i'm running Norton 360 2010...it doenst interfere with the updates so i'm all good.

I use AVG 9.0 and I don't have any problems at all playing Cross Fire.

Anti virus is for chumps who don't know there way around a PC

kaspersky 2009

you need somehow add 'HGWC.EXE' instead of 'CROSSFIRE.EXE'into the exclusion zone, I believe any antivirus has an exclusion function

Hi,

I'm running the latest AVG because I just downloaded it a few days ago.

Not having any issues here. I remember about a week ago xtrap had an update in the morning that did not like avg. Later that day a hot fix was released and all was good.

Could it be your O/S. I know Win7 is not the most game friendly o/s at the moment. Still running XP here.

I wul 100% recomend ESET and Kaspersky.

Currently the best Anti-Viruses out there.

ESET ultra light weight. It uses less system resources than many other Anti-Viruses

Kaspersky if you want the ultimate protection. Its got like the best detection rate of all Anti-Viruses. It is like having Malware Bytes,Super Antisypware, Norton in the same package. It hogs a bit more system resources than ESET though.
