i bought 4 tickets with e-dreams and they want me to prove it....well, I've already send them the confirmation and everything they wanted...they claim they need the transaction details.

I spent a week telling them the the payment by visa couldn't be done because of them (not me!)...and I had to pay through the post office to complete my transaction.

There is no way I'm getting my zp...and that's not fair at all!!!!!!

Don't use superrewards!!!!

Did you get a reciept? (You should with every purchase) Virtual or paper form? If it's paper, scan it, upload it, and send it to them, blanking out personal info (card numbers, passwords etc) and tell them you had done so for security. Also address them as sir/madam. I've found the nicer you are to these people, the nicer they are with you

I'll try to scan the receipt I got from the post office...that might be an idea...thanks!
