It's all personal preference.

Don't go off choosing different settings because "pro's" use it.

Every one is different...

I use the default crosshair with the dot in the middle.

Oh yea, how much sensititvity you guys boost up to copensate. I added 15 to my mouse, 0 to my scope.

Yeah it's taking me a while too, I used to use it for Halo 2 on laptop, haven't used it for AGES and I'm sure I'm sucking a whole lot worse than most people right now >_<
