Members management error

My clan has a new member request since yesterday even though the player has been admitted already into clan. The request won't dissapear and I also got news from another player that he couldn't apply in spite he meets all requirements to join a clan. Does anyone here know what to do?

My clan is Abyssus.

Hey we expierence the same problem, the apply doesn't dissapere after accepting hetting accept again results in a pop-up with a message saying the player is already a clan member. a quick fix is just pressing cancel the apply wil go away, but the clan member will stay in the clan

um this happened to me too except when i tried to cancel it after the person was already a clan member nothing happened =.=

2nd day and still not working

This is the second day and the problem remains. I clicked both on cancel and accept, but the aplication remains.
