we're talking pre - throwing knives... pre - Xm8, where ghosts used guns, the thunder of an automatic AWM. m16s and aimbots... the terrifying sound of the pitter patter of feet moving impossibly fast towards you... those were indeed the days.

and yes, it used to be cool to have a scar lite, i was one of the first to get one back when it sounded bad ass.
