Security Answers

Hello, i recently downloaded a torrent of a game and fear my password and info will be at risk. So i logged in fine chanegd password and email. But i am woundering how do i change my security question or change the security answer this way if i was key logged i could make sure the key logged did not get this information when i reformat tonight. Please respond so i may write it down then chyange it once i reformat please and thank you

in my account only lists for options.

Account Management then says for info i am able to change is the following.

CHANGE Z8GAMES LOGIN PASSWORD
CHANGE METIN2 CHARACTER DELETION PASSWORD
CHANGE E-MAIL ADDRESS

Since this infection i have used my security question/answer so being that they key logger will have it. How could i change the security question or at least the answer so that it could not be used by a 3rd party ? I have also used Google search for this tho i am unable to come to a solution any help ? Thanks in advance.

The only way you can change your security question and answer is to PM [GM]Saidin or send in a Support Ticket. You must be able to answer both your question and answer to change them.

crossfire trojan

when i downloaded crossfire and it was patching mcafee blocked and removed an artemis trojan so is crossfire dangerous?

No, Cross Fire is not dangerous. McAfee is picking it up as a false positive. When u download Cross Fire turn your antivirus off till you finish downloading it.

You must send a support ticket to z8games.

You will still have to prove ownership on the account.

Details such as IP and ZP transaction logs will be used to make sure you are the proper owner of the account in order to change the security question/answer.
