Can you fix this bug??

It passed a month since the clan chat is broken...Come on people we need it!!
Many ppl say that it works only when u are in lobby. Wrong...
It works only if u and the others are in lobby.
When I chat to a member who is playing, he can't see what I write. And if I chat while playing to a member who's in lobby he also can't see what i write.
This is becoming annoying...
I lost many clan members because we can't communicate..
And think about it: i have 50 members. If 10 of them are online i just can't whisper to all, to talk with them.
I was a good friend with my members cause i was speaking to all of them as a friend. Now I can't do it anymore...cause i have to whisper to them all and that means to stop playing at least 30 minutes to talk with them.
Please fix it soon!!! WE NEED IT!!!

I tried to make them use xfire but I can't force all my 50 members to install in their computers what I want.
Some of them use xfire.
Plus, all day I have to whisper them all to convince them to install it...It's just a waste of time.
The GM should fix it! The clan chat is a part of the game and is very important for many clans. I don't need other chat programs, I just need the clan chat...

Umm for some reason I see clan chatting in my clan and I also myself chat using it. So... Is it just some clans / countries having this problem?

Idk... as I wrote in my thread it works sometimes. But most of the time it doesn't...
Everytime I enter game and I write in clan chat "hi all" nobody sees...But when I whisper them, they see and they answer me...

Can you fix this bug??
