Ok first of all, use sound when you play. So you can hear ppl walking and then you can just jump out and shoot them. My controls are default. If it doesnt work, try adjusting your sensitivity. And try not to stay in one spot when someone is shooting at u xD

Oh no. Believe me I have a life... now. The most time I spent playing was when I was still in middle/high school. And when I say I've been playing for that long, that doesn't mean I've played every hour of every day. I've always gone for walks and such (or when I worked a more physically laboring job) to stay in good shape. It's all about moderation.. however, when I was in high school I was playing CS semi-professionally.. so I basically needed to play all the time. But at the same time, I had my group of friends I'd hang out with on the weekends and go hang out with during the week. Again, it's about moderation and having fun. You don't want to burn yourself out and stop enjoying the game.
But since the fiance got preggers and started showing... and being hungrier.. I gained a little sympathy weight.. damn. xD
you make moves so fast, jump out and headshot me in a split second.
what controllers you use?
key board and mouse?
joy stick?
game pad?--which one?

I use a Saitek X52 joystick and Saitek ProFlight Rudder pedals .... oh wait are you talking about in Crossfire? lol a simple wireless mouse and keyboard does the trick.
