Xtrap error

We are in contact with XTrap, meanwhile, try this as a temporary solution:
Do a full uninstall.
Run the uninstaller from the start menu.
Delete the whole Subagames folder from X:\Program Files\.
This will remove the XTrap patches.
Do a fresh install by downloading the installer and running it. -

I've tried reinstalling the game, turning off my anti-virus, and still nothing....
This will remove XTrap content and old patches as well and is probably key.
