Someone hacked my account

Alright someone hacked my Account... I did not know you guys send a confirmation Email to the email you register with. It never told me it sent me one so i thought it was all right and everything and i wouldn't be hacked but here i am hacked with over $250 spent on the account... I have the email i first registered with and all the past passwords from since it was made... Please at least start adding "We sent a confirmation email to your email address" Like please I wow like just give me it back i can provide so much information.
