I bought zP and iT wont work

Its the first time i buy ZP whit pinphone and it say that i was awarded but i got nothing
i really want my ZP because i payed for it ( 20 $ can)
so how can i show you that i dont have it

i printed screen but i dont know how to paste them ,, it wont work.
Help me i want my ZP.
