Well Wdf is Wrong here?

I Live in the R.O.I (Republic Of Ireland)(Bic boi)
And I get 150 ping in the CA/USA servers.. OKay fair enough..
Then the UK server came out

Yay for meee
I should have atleast a 50 ping.. Right?
Wrongggggggg

I still have 150

yeah eircom is bit crappy in meh place i play with ping round 180 in UK server but 160 -180 in CA server

ITT: Everyone thinks all connections are the same, or that they go "as the crow flies", and that it's the server / service at the other end (i.e. Z8Games in this case)'s fault, or that they can do anything about it.

seems to be Eircom.... they must not be routing it properly

try this:

while CF is running, go 'task manager'

click processes tab and right click on 'crossfire.exe' and set prority to 'low'.

if it wont let you, click 'show process from all users' and then set the prority

i heard it worked for some people.
