Big improvement from last time.
Keep up the good work, though you have tons of room for more improvement.
Keep reading those tuts, you'll get the hang of it eventually.
Work on flow and blending with depth.
Other things can come later,
also, text can be a lot better. usually I leave typography out because I suck at it anyways, it's good to leave it out and then add it if you really need/want it. as a sidenote, flashy text is usually a bad thing, distracts from the focal.
as for overlay, thats a layer thing, it can be found in your sidebar (if you haven't changed the default layout) on the bottom right box (the layers panel)
find the opacity dragdown bar, then to the left of that is your layers dragdown bar.
if you scroll down a bit, you'll find overlay and a bunch of other cool things that are essential to photoshop skeeelz.

Yeah,the dots weren't intentional.Stuff happened >.>
